Thank you for shopping Dejlou Body. We carefully prepare each order and want you to know what to expect once your order is placed.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
U.S. Shipping
Dejlou Body currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Options
Customers may choose from the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — $7.99: estimated 3–5 business days in transit after processing.
- Express Shipping — $14.99: estimated 1–2 business days in transit after processing.
Shipping transit times are estimates and begin after the 2–3 business day processing period. Selecting a faster shipping method does not shorten order processing time.
Delivery & Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided using the contact information associated with your order. Carrier delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of Dejlou Body's control.
Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If tracking shows a delay or delivery issue, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to Dejlou Body if additional assistance is needed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly through our Contact page with your order information and photos so we can help make it right.
